Got the wrong order

I didn’t receive the correct order. I ordered cream and they send me sunblock. After reaching out the platform email and also on instagram still get no response from your side. Such a bad experience. Not going to buy anything again. Even when i reached out through insta that told me that they will deliver me a compensation by sending the correct order back but its been 14 days and I received nothing.
